Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and accelerate revenue growth, setting clear quarterly and annual targets
  • Build and mentor a team of 15+ Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
  • Engage in significant enterprise sales processes and collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership in high-growth enterprise software startups (Series B and above, $20M ARR and above)
  • Experience scaling sales teams from 10 to 30+ employees
  • Extensive experience closing 6-figure technical deals involving APIs, Voice AI, or similar technology
  • Strong background as an individual contributor before transitioning into leadership
  • Ability to engage with technical buyers and discuss product capabilities confidently
