Head of Therapeutic Alliances

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Therapeutic Alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and advise Alliance Managers on contractual obligations and clinical development guidance
• Collaborate across multiple units to direct research and build alliances for CF portfolio companies
• Support senior leadership in drug development strategy and manage external project teams

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D., MS/MBA or equivalent in biological sciences; knowledge of gene therapy concepts is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in alliance management or related roles in biopharma
• Extensive experience in managing and motivating diverse teams
• Expertise in late pre-clinical and early clinical development
• High emotional intelligence and ability to interface with various stakeholders
