- Manage project tickets in Jira and maintain the team roadmap for project tracking and prioritization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
- Basic technical knowledge to bridge business and IT teams
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
