Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Solutions Proposal Strategist to support proposal development for federal health opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish solution vision aligned with customer objectives and author proposals
• Lead the development of innovative solutions for major capture efforts, balancing various business considerations
• Create content for proposals and white papers, demonstrating thought leadership and supporting marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in public health, behavioral health, or related discipline
• Minimum of five years of experience authoring technical sections in proposals
• At least eight years of professional experience in health-related projects and Federal Government contracting
• Demonstrated ability to tailor technical solutions to meet VA/HHS/DHA needs
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile)
