Business Analyst for ERP Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Planning, and IT/application teams for Infor ERP solutions
• Provide ongoing application support for Infor modules, troubleshooting and resolving planning, scheduling, and inventory-related issues
• Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices within Infor to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, focusing on ERP systems
• 3-5 years experience with Infor CSD/SXe
• Experience supporting ERP applications in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in a manufacturing/operations context
