Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the design and enhancement of their Global Portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Create detailed current and future state process maps to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization
• Facilitate alignment between teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and support User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or portal environment
• Proven experience with end-to-end process analysis and creation of workflows
• Strong experience in writing use cases, user stories, and business process documentation
• Hands-on involvement in UAT coordination and test plan execution
• Exposure to agile software development methodologies
