Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Preferred: Management degree (MBA or PGDM)
- 5+ years of experience in organizational design or consulting
- 3+ years of experience in technology solution environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management documentation
