A company is looking for a Senior Consulting Manager in Organizational Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage change management activities for SAP implementation projects
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder management and training
- Lead change management across ERP implementations, identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in leading change management and training initiatives
- Experience managing SAP Enable Now or WalkMe on S/4HANA
- Proven track record in a client-facing role, preferably leading a digital technology team
- Experience in full-scale OCM initiatives on SAP projects
- Personal leadership and a desire to foster a culture of exceptional outcomes
