Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Analyst II to provide clinical, financial, and operational analysis to improve workflows within a health system.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project timelines
• Gather, validate, and synthesize data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and patterns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Two years of experience required with a Bachelor's degree; no experience required with a STEM Bachelor's degree
• No experience required with a Master's degree
• Six years of experience required with an Associate's degree
• Ten years of experience required with a High School diploma or GED
