Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guiding Care Business Analyst for a high-impact healthcare project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of clinical letters using SmartComm integrated with GuidingCare
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for healthcare systems
• Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and manage issue resolution across systems

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SmartComm for clinical or member communications
• Deep knowledge of GuidingCare, particularly integration and letter generation workflows
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the health insurance or healthcare domain
• Proven experience leading complex projects with aggressive timelines
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory documentation standards
