Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians and senior leadership to capture business needs and translate them into requirements
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process automation

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in O365 (Word, Excel) and ability to write technical requirements
• Proven experience in business analysis within complex healthcare systems
• Knowledge of application services in healthcare environments
• Experience working with clinical operations, RCM, arbitration, finance, or legal teams
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7) and clinical workflows
