Principal Consultant - Oracle HCM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant in Client Services specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management, OTL, and Absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues
• Align client practices with HCM Cloud methods and configure Oracle Cloud to meet requirements
• Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in Client Services or related field
• Module-specific experience in Talent Management, Time and Labor, and Absence Management
• Experience with 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Oracle certification in modules of expertise is preferred
