Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst to join their Enterprise Data Warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare-related data to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and other BI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of healthcare business analysis experience
• 5+ years of SQL development experience, including performance tuning
• 3+ years of experience with State Medicaid and CHIP agencies or equivalent healthcare payer
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field
• Basic understanding of CMS reporting requirements for Medicaid
