A company is looking for a Trainer I responsible for developing and conducting training programs for healthcare software and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for staff
• Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs and aids
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and maintain records of training activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment
