HEDIS Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Subject Matter Expert to provide expertise in HEDIS data testing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing of User Interface and Reporting based systems
• Design, draft, and execute test cases, preparing required input data and expected results
• Develop data-driven metrics to identify gaps and implement interventions to improve performance measures

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a health care delivery organization
• 3+ years of HEDIS experience with a focus on data analysis
• 3+ years of experience working with final submission files to NCQA and CMS
• 1+ years of experience writing SQL code
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
