Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and regulations
• Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve inquiries and gather necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and may coordinate the closing and funding of loan packages

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically four to six years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of legal documents for loan/lease processing
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high production environment
• Strong organizational skills
