HVAC TAB Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC TAB Project Manager to oversee Test and Balance projects and manage relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple Test and Balance projects of varying size and complexity
• Oversee TAB field crews to ensure adherence to procedures and accuracy in testing
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors while managing project scope, schedule, and costs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installations
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems including air balancing, duct design, VAV systems, hydronic, and controls
• Certification through NEBB, AABC, or TABB preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field of study
• Project Management Certification and/or PMI Certification preferred but not required
