Systems Engineer, Platform Requirements

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer, Platform Requirements and Verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation, documentation, alignment, and verification of vehicle platform requirements
• Act as a central point of contact for vehicle platform requirements and related tests, communicating updates to stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and enhance vehicle platform capabilities and implement tools to streamline requirement processes

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Master's or PhD in an engineering discipline preferred
• 3+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or related industries
• Experience with requirements specifications and executing complex vehicle test campaigns
• Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 26262 and SOTIF (ISO 21448)
• Strong fundamentals in mathematics, engineering, and physics, with a basic understanding of vehicle dynamics
