Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioural Health Coach in Sofia and Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients
• Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance
• Support clients in setting personal or career goals and collaborate with the internal clinical team

Required Qualifications

• Active International Coaching Federation Certification or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches
• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours
• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation
• Proficient in English and the local language
