Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, and directory services
• Build and maintain joiner/mover/leaver workflows using Okta Identity Lifecycle Management and HRIS integrations
• Oversee IAM platform operations and provide escalation support for complex IT issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management field
• Proven experience in managing complex IAM deployments and enterprise Okta platforms
• Strong background with identity lifecycle automation using tools such as Okta Workflows
• Familiarity with IAM governance, RBAC, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy in a fast-paced environment
