Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Medication Renewal Center team to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Complete medication refill encounters and ensure accurate EMR documentation
• Communicate medication orders to pharmacies and provide health information to patients

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Illinois
• College Diploma in Nursing
• Experience in nursing
• Knowledge of medication management protocols
• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
