Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solar Programs Project Manager II - Consumer Protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and convey complex processes, policies, and expectations of Program stakeholders
• Evaluate customer complaints and facilitate resolutions with solar companies
• Develop educational materials and conduct workshops on consumer protection topics

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Office365 and SharePoint)
• Knowledge of solar energy concepts and terminology
• Preferred experience in consumer protection, legal, investigations, compliance, and/or customer service
