Image Analysis Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Image Analysis Developer to support the R&D team with software pipelines and medical image analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve software pipelines and workflows for medical image analysis
• Assist in the development and evaluation of machine learning models
• Optimize code for efficiency and maintain documentation of the development process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Proficient in Python and/or MATLAB
• Experience with scientific computing and machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and image processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV, SimpleITK)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn
