AI Safety Research Scientist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for AI systems

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI safety or a related field
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant technical or socio-technical field
• Strong understanding of AI safety concerns and evaluation methods
• Experience analyzing and producing reports on AI system performance and safety metrics
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in cross-functional teams
