Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Researcher to conduct user experience research for AI-powered digital identity technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate user surveys and interviews to measure user experience quality
• Conduct applied UX research to guide strategic decision-making for product development
• Create content that fosters customer empathy and influences company direction

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Market Research, International Studies, Business, or related field
• 36 months of experience as a Design Researcher or User Researcher
• Experience in designing user surveys and implementing findings into technology solutions
• Familiarity with customer insights software, including Dovetail
• Experience with UX research for digital identity solutions
