Clinical Research Study Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Study Design Lead in Clinical Research, Central Labs Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with external clients to understand and fulfill study design requirements
• Develop comprehensive database designs based on sponsor protocol requirements
• Coordinate internal processes and ensure all customer requirements are documented and integrated into the project

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a life science is strongly preferred
• Six years of experience in Central Lab Project Management or equivalent industry experience
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
• Experience in managing a portfolio of global and local studies
