A company is looking for an Implementation Director to manage implementation activities and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with client departments to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Oversee the transition to Client Services and Network Operations for ongoing business and technology support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification preferred
• 6+ years of experience in program and project management, particularly in client-facing roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a matrix organization
