Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee high-quality solution implementations and service projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful completion of high-quality solution implementations and service projects on-time and on-budget
• Manage multiple, highly-complex projects and monitor product adoption for assigned customers
• Develop action plans based on KPIs for successful product adoption and provide periodic status reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry (Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, or Pricing)
• 3 years of experience leading multiple, highly-complex projects with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for metrics and data-driven conclusions
• Broad and deep understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations
