Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (US Eastern or Central Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for clients, ensuring successful data mapping and training
• Translate client goals into implementation plans that deliver timely value
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementations or customer success
• Experience with Google Suite, ChurnZero, and Salesforce preferred
• Familiarity with local governments and school districts is a plus
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
