Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surest Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute key tasks associated with Surest group setup in collaboration with Implementation Managers
• Capture key data, interact with internal stakeholders, and address unique customizations for Surest groups
• Utilize key Surest systems and internal tools to ensure smooth implementation with downstream partners

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
• Experience with Jira, Box, or Slack software is preferred
