A company is looking for an In Market Designer - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom carpet solutions for key hospitality clients through collaboration
• Manage the design process from concept to product completion, ensuring all key dates are met
• Research market trends and create patterns and color stories tailored to specific markets

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience in Textile Design or a similar field
• Trained in color and design application
• Creative thinking ability beyond conventional concepts
• Understanding of carpet manufacturing concepts and installation
• Proficient in Nedgraphics Texcelle and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
