Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to refine machine-learning powered products on the Online Grocery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and expectations around ML-powered features
• Design studies to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of ML outputs
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights that propel product development

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX research
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing and data analysis
• Experience designing for ML-powered products with millions of active users
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, HCI, or Data Science
