User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher to improve internal tools and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid usability tests and concept evaluations for internal product teams
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to implement research findings
• Conduct contextual inquiries and workflow studies with internal users involved in incident response

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience post-graduation
• Proven ability to run end-to-end rapid UX research studies independently
• Experience in analyzing research data and producing executive-level reports
• Familiarity with incident management systems, preferably Microsoft's ICM
• Experience conducting fast-turnaround UX research in agile environments is preferred
