Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers and designers to develop creative tools, translating design concepts into functional code
- Create, prototype, optimize, and profile custom shaders, demonstrating expertise in shader languages
- Design and manage technical production pipelines, including the development of essential tools and functional prototypes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience shipping products with stringent runtime performance constraints
- Proven experience in shader languages (GLSL, Metal), with a strong emphasis on creating shaders from scratch
- Experience in real-time content authoring (VFX, animation, lighting)
- Proficiency in creative coding frameworks such as openFrameworks, Processing, Cinder, or Three.js
- Programming experience with JavaScript, Java, C++, or C#
