Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Analyst to support a high-profile federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and update documentation to align with agency delivery frameworks
• Collaborate with system administrators and developers to implement corrective actions
• Conduct risk assessments, document Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&MS), and track remediation of security gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity or information assurance, preferably in a federal environment
• Familiarity with AWS security best practices (e.g., IAM, KMS, encryption, logging)
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and access control mechanisms
• Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance
