Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovation Lab Director to build and lead an internal innovation program focused on addressing the climate emergency.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a small team while developing innovation methodologies and processes
• Design and facilitate workshops to foster an innovation culture across the organization
• Lead high-impact experiments and manage a portfolio of speculative projects

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in team leadership
• Background in design thinking and/or organizational change
• 4+ years of experience in lean product development and go-to-market strategies
• Experience in managing and building small teams
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and execute complex experiments
