Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of proposal volume development, including writing, editing, graphics, and production efforts
• Analyze solicitations and create detailed proposal plans and compliance matrices for assigned pursuits
• Interface with internal departments and partners to coordinate strategies and deliverables throughout the proposal process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Proposal Management or a Solutions Developer role
• Proposal experience on a variety of competitive opportunities, including a mix of program types and customers
• Experience managing capture portfolios in a cleared environment with DoD customers, preferably Navy
• Familiarity with proposal aspects, including pricing strategy development
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD SECRET Security Clearance
