Installation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Analyst to join their Point of Care development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish connectivity with new customers and remotely install or upgrade software
• Create, maintain, and update written installation procedures and perform hardware reviews
• Document discrepancies on current servers and communicate them with customers

Required Qualifications

• Software installation experience desirable
• Experience with remote connectivity tools (VPN, Bomgar, WebEx, etc.)
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Self-motivated and self-directed
