A company is looking for a Talent Development Partner - Instructional Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective learning experiences, including e-learning and instructor-led training
- Manages projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Conducts needs analyses to identify performance gaps and designs evaluation programs to measure project effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Education, or Human Resource Development
- Five years of related experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training delivery
- Experience with surveys and designing evaluation strategies aligned with the Kirkpatrick Model
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eLearning authoring software, preferably Articulate 360
- Ability to adapt to changing stakeholder needs and take initiative as required
