Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Training Curriculum Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to conceptualize training design and content
• Define learning objectives, course structure, and assessments while developing learning materials
• Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content review and validation, incorporating feedback into deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with technical writing and task analysis
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word
• Flexibility to manage simultaneous development efforts
