A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Training Curriculum Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts to conceptualize training design and content
- Define learning objectives, course structure, and assessments while developing learning materials
- Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content review and validation, incorporating feedback into deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with technical writing and task analysis
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word
- Flexibility to manage simultaneous development efforts
