A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with stakeholders to identify learning solutions that enhance associate performance and align with business needs
- Develop learning outcomes and select appropriate instructional methods and content to achieve performance improvement
- Create assessment tools to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of training solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related fields
- 5 years of instructional design experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate
- Required certifications include HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or other relevant certifications within 9 months of hire
- Experience in project management and collaboration with teams
