Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development of technical career paths and design engaging training
• Develop instructional materials for diverse audiences and update content for eLearning
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create courseware and instructional materials

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a multidisciplinary environment
• College degree or certification in instructional design or related field
• Experience with content authoring tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Articulate 360
• Experience with a corporate Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
• Basic knowledge of information security and cyber operations is desired
