Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, full-time, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials and programs
• Conduct needs assessments to analyze learning needs and define instructional goals
• Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of instructional programs

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and proficiency in e-learning development tools
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with graphic design software and building training materials in a healthcare context is a plus
• Thorough understanding of supporting a remote or virtual workforce preferred
