Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer (Tech SME) to provide education and training mission support to the Defense Health Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs using various sources and client-provided data
• Create detailed design documents for virtual and web-based training
• Support subject-matter experts with the ADDIE process and multimedia best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Five or more years of experience with adult learning in a Federal or private sector role
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline, or Rise
• Experience in analyzing content and creating recommendations
