Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Credit Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and review patient accounts for insurance overpayments and ensure compliance with payer guidelines
  • Process refunds for insurance companies and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions
  • Resolve outstanding credits and discrepancies by collaborating with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, Medical Office training certificate, or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in physician revenue cycle or claims management
  • Background in posting charges, claim follow-up, collections, and payment posting
  • Experience with AthenaHealth and/or AthenaOne is a plus
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
