Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)
• Minimum of 5 years life and annuity insurance experience
• Proficiency in English (verbal, written, and reading comprehension)
• Familiarity with insurance processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
