Job Description

  • Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day.
  • Take payments.
  • Update demographics
  • Provide claim status.
  • Explain copays/deductibles.

Qualifications

  • Must know how to interpret and explain EOB's
  • Excellent written communication skills
  •  Polite phone etiquette
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Self-Managed
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Healthcare experience
  • Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.

Additional Information

Job Type:

  • Full-time – Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
  • #LI- Remote

Experience:

  • Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry (Required)
  • Ability to interpret/explain an EOB

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
