Integration Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Services Manager to implement tailored integration solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom integration solutions for a world-class customer experience
• Build custom connectors and SDKs using Workato for seamless third-party platform integration
• Manage integration delivery including requirement gathering, design, build, deployment, and support

Required Qualifications:

• 4 - 6 years of professional integration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or GRC environment
• Experience with GRC systems and processes
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engineering, and Product
