Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support
- Experience in analyzing logs to identify and resolve failures
- Knowledge of API principles and client-server architecture
- Familiarity with JSON, XML data formats, and debugging tools like Postman
- Basic knowledge of SQL and English proficiency at B2+ level
