Integration Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Technical Program Manager to oversee integration efforts with CCaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the integration efforts for CCaaS platforms across messaging/chat, voice, and email
• Drive end-to-end efforts including scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivery of integrations
• Collaborate with engineering teams and customer-facing teams to ensure high-quality delivery and support of integrations

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Project Manager within a SaaS company
• Prior experience as a software engineer is highly desirable
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software integrations, preferably in the contact center or customer engagement space
• Strong understanding of API concepts, including REST and authentication methods
• Experience working with voice and/or email/chat-based communication platforms
